OCTOBER 11, 2014: The 4th Annual PAINT PALESTINE PINK walk/run took place on a very rainy Saturday.  The PPP Walk/Run consisted of three events, a 1.5 mile Fun Walk, a 10.5 mile Loop Walk, and a 10.5 mile Loop Run.  All three events, the 1.5 mile Fun Walk, the 10.5 mile Loop walk, and the 10.5 mile Loop run all started and finished at Texas Oncology.  The 2014 event was quite successful, with 230 registered participants and over $25,000.00 raised.  This was the first time participants could choose to be timed.
